  1. That black noodle is not the original noodle as the original ingredients is not chicken but pork. You can try it with chinese restaurant that sell them in chinatown or else where.

  8. The Prawn Noodle is similar as the one you had in Lot 10, they are also sometimes called Hokkien Noodle in the north side of Malaysia. Which is confusing a bit because the dark sauce one you had earlier is the Hokkien Noodle that is called in the central side in KL hahaha and they are totaly different type of dish.

  9. Thats not wan tan noddles thats prawn dumplings with noodles soup is made from boiling prawn shell and chicken bones.

  10. You are eating wheat noodles in a rice producing part of the world. Wait till you wonder around the hundreds of types of noodles north of the Yangtze.

  11. Snake fruit in malay is known as buah salak. Buah is fruit in malay. The snake fruit pickles are also taste good. Maybe you can try when you passing by any stall that sells pickles.

  12. Hi. POPIA is made of shredded white Turnip, sweet n chili sauce, dried shrimps, carrots n fried onions. Delicious 😋

  13. it's more accurate to distinguish the local cuisines as Malay, Indian, and Chinese food. All of these fall under the umbrella of Malaysian food.

  14. That popiah and that Hockien Noodle might not be authentic to local taste. They look like foreign workers manning the stores. As far as I know, Hockien Noodle isn't supposed to have any sweetness to it. And a good cook would stew it for a bit before serving.

  15. No meat inside. It’s turnip, cucumber, beancurd in the popiah. Food are mostly at the shops and alley

  16. you were spot on with the popiah aka rolls, the main secret ingredient is radish
