i was in shibuya for halloween in 2018 and tbh i hated it, just way too packed with people to even move anywhere, it was interesting to see some people dressed up but on the whole ultimately not for me

渋谷にも非常識な若者もいますが、ほとんどは警察官の指示に従順です。ソウルとの違い、警察官の質もありますが、東京は大都会だから、渋谷以外にも集まるエリアが多い。他人に迷惑を掛けない国民性もあると思う。過去には花火大会で死者を出した事もある。２度と起きてはならない。悲劇を繰り返してはならない。それが安全な日本の源です。ソウルの事故は悲劇でした。過去には戻れない。２度と繰り返さないよう、しっかり検証して未来に役立てて下さい。
