šŸ“¹ Heavy storm damage to LATAM plane šŸ‡µšŸ‡¾



A horrific experience for the passengers on board, and a damaging one for a Latam Airbus A320. Flight PZ 1325 over Paraguay tried to avoid heavy thunderstorms but eventually was caught up in one, leaving the plane severely damaged with a cracked window, engine problems and a missing nose cone. The plane landed safely at Asuncion airport after going this ordeal and there were no injuries among those aboard.

The flight originally departed from Santiago in Chile, but was diverted to Foz do IguaƧu in Paraguay because of bad weather in AsunciĆ³n. It was only that flight to that final destination where it got caught up in the mayhem.

This incident took place at October 26, 2022.
