This video will be the first in a series that will guide you to the Kawaguchiko area and subsequent videos in the series will show you what to see and do after you arrive.

There are many ways to make this trip by bus or train, but I’m going to show you my recommended way to go – by express bus! Going by bus guarantees you a seat; the staff will handle your luggage, and in my opinion, it just a more relaxing way to travel.

In this video, we start from Shibuya Station, but the same methods can be applied to stations like around Tokyo, like Shinjuku.

After arriving at Kawaguchiko, You’ll see our recommended Hostel and great place for local food and drinks.
