  1. Meaning the Eurostar speeds non-stop through the car shuttle terminal near Folkestone, and by-passes Calais a few miles away en route to Paris. You're not thinking of the Eurotunnel car-carrying trains, surely?

  2. I would love a video of the direct disney service as I am travelling with my family for the first time and don't know what to expect

  3. I didn't know Eurostar doesnt have power at all seats, that's a little backwards. ICE has power for all seats in the train.

  4. Watch out for pick pockets on the Paris side we were followed by a group of them and tried to pick pocket one in our group also don't get any help from the well dressed idiots hanging around at the ticket machines they pick pockets ,stand back and watch and you can soon spot these bottom feeders ,and the stupid girls with the piece of paper for you to sign it is all there stupid ripoffs

  5. we have luggage, because we will be travelling from London and from Paris we will fly down to India… so do they allow that or need extra charges… plz guide us…

  6. Recently went to Paris with Eurostar, cant praise it enough, so nice and comfortable. friendly and helpful staff, nice meal on board,, train is so smooth and quiet, St Pancras is amazing, however its quite a shock to arrive in Paris Gare de Nord, its such a dump, without any facilities at all, and full of pick pockets, so beware when you arrive,

  7. I don't care about any amenities nor cleanliness. My lord people 2 hour trip.. 2 hours! Just a very short time ago the pheasants with their carts on grassy fields let alone a raft to cross the channel! Geezus pleaae!

  8. If I'm visiting London from the US for a week, can I travel to France for a day trip with just my passport ?

  9. current one way ticket fares from London $59.00; premier standard $150.00.  Travel time is just over 2 hours each way.  These fares are much better than Amtrak's elitist Acela service from DC – NYC: $350 each way.   I prefer the Eurostar.

  10. Mark – there are a lot of terrible, uninformative train videos out in youtubeland. Yours are are the opposite. My thanks for all your wonderful videos.

  11. New Eurostar train is great,do not got for Standard, pay the extra £39 for more leg room and something to eat, train was very clean, only thing, the train does not fit the platform in parts, people struggles to get on and off in London and Paris,as in parts there was gaps.

  12. Mark -Thanks for the video. I took this trip last week from Paris to London. Loved it. Just two and a half hour you are in one of the two greatest cities in the world. Awesome!

  13. If i am visiting London for a week from India, i will be able to travel via Eurostar for one day trip to Paris with just my passport or i will need a visa for paris too?

  14. Great video. Wish I'd seen this before we rode this last month. We got to St Pancras early and it's a good thing, because they decided to cancel ALL the trains that day, including ours, and we had minutes to board the only one running that day, the one before ours. Almost didn't make it.
