In this video we show you what it was like for us to Transfer at Doha Airport in April 2022. We have just arrived on a Qatar Airways flight from Copenhagen and now have to walk through Hamad International Airport (Doha Airport) to the Departure Gate of our next flight, a Qatar Airways fight to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. This Doha Airport Transfer / Transit video shows what it was like for us to walk to a connection flight at this airport. Transfers for other passengers from other flights may be very different from this Transit Walk!

As this was a Transfer through Doha Airport we were not required to pass through Immigration nore did we have to show any COVID-19 Test or Vaccination forms. We did not have to pass through Security either (on other Transfers we have always passed through Security).

Formerly known as New Doha International Airport (NDIA), Hamad International Airport was originally scheduled to open in 2009, but after a series of costly delays, the airport finally opened on 30 April 2014 with a ceremonial Qatar Airways flight landing from nearby Doha International.”

I went through that airport it’s easy just follow the signs don’t had any problems was smooth transfers, Amsterdam to Nairobi 3 times I enjoy it
I have stopped off only in Doha & Hamad International Airport, back in May went from Heathrow to Doha on a Qatar Airways A380 and then to Phuket on a Qatar Airways 787-8. But I also stopped off in Doha back in 2016 because I went from Heathrow to Doha and then Doha to Cape Town, South Africa.

Passed through in July 2021 on my way to New York, omg the walk was so long. It was tiring 😫. If you have a short transit time you better walk briskly.

I also experienced the short layover last week in Doha, only 1 hour transit from Montreal to Jakarta. The gate to Jakarta was C10. Fortunately we could arrange to use the electric car to get to the C10 gate faster. I think it will be more helpful if the electric cars are easily accesible at the point of our entrance gate where the transit passengers are directed to go.

Nice to see a recent transfer at Doha, we've done that 4 times before 2020, but did always pass security. First time in 2016, train was operating but not in use, but did get to use it in 2019. I agree, you can't visit Hamad International and NOT go and see the bear!
An idea when Maro is taking IG shots, you should add the photo to that part of the video as well.
