Last one! Welcome to Katsuzen restaurant, located in Ginza, Tokyo (one of the cheapest Michelin-starred restaurants in Japan). 😋🇯🇵 A traditional Japanese comfort food, tonkatsu is a deep-fried breaded pork cutlet, often served with shredded cabbage. 🍛 Katsuzen’s owner, Etsuo Nagai, has worked as a tonkatsu chef for around 50 years, so he knows what he’s doing! A lunch set here will cost you around $50-60AUD, which includes appetisers and sides. Photo by @ben0417 #VisitJapanAU #Cuisine
