Lunch at at Yakiniku Hanana, a restaurant in Ashiya, Hyogo. The restaurant specializes in originally made Yakiniku sauces, and has recently opened their new location which is nicely designed, and very comforting!
The steak is a Kagoshima Wagyu Ichibo from the Hiramatsu Group in Kanoya City. The group produces the seeds for the feed, feeds the cows with with what that they grow, and return the compost to the fields to produce more feed once again.
