Everything looks absolutely yummy but I would reduce the amount of cooking oil. However the cooking and tossing skill of the chef is very impressive.

素晴らしい！一切の無駄が無い調理工程は手抜きでは無く出来上がった料理は一流品だ、一流ホテルで提供される料理にも引けは取っていないと感じます。オムライスの作り方で料理人の腕が一流だってことはすぐに判る。毎日これだけのメニューのランチを頂けるお客さんは幸せじゃないかな～自分なら毎日通いそうです❧

オムライスの卵を作るときの手捌きが好きで毎回頼むのはオムライスです。
ここのお店が昔から人気なのは知っていましたがついにyoutubeにでてしまうのは嬉しさもあり寂しさもありますね…
個人的には夏限定のゴーヤチャンプルー定食と冬限定のビーフシチューが楽しみです。
あとは田舎御膳もコスパもいいからおすすめです。😋
鉄フライパンでオムレツ作っても全くくっつく様子がないことを見るに相当レベル高いし、歴史あるんだろうな。
