Great, we love Princess, out of all the cruises we take a year, at least six or eight since we retired, we do at least a couple of Princess, we already booked our 2023 on the Regal.
The app does not work as described……Princess need to fix the bugs and get sufficient staff on board to deliver the experience as sold.
Princess is driving with technology and is leaving class of service behind we stop cruising Princess after 26 trips do to poor service. Last two cruises were before Covid and it was all about comply or sorry for you – on both cruises made comments of issues with no reply from the company?
