今回乗船した「シルバーティアラ」には今まで乗船したフェリーの中で一番気品あふれるフェリーでした。レストランが無いので、食事は自動販売機の冷凍食品をいただきます。
青春18きっぷの時期なら、盛岡まで電車に乗って、そのあとバスに乗って八戸に向かい、八戸から苫小牧までフェリーを楽しみ、苫小牧に着いた後は再び青春18きっぷで北海道の鉄道の旅を楽しむのもいいかもしれませんね。
