  2. Welcome back. There is a sadness about you that is tangible but as you take this healing journey I pray you will fully recover from what you have been going thru. I too have started listening to meditation videos but I have such a hard time just relaxing and staying on task. My ADHD mind races and starts asking if my lists for the day are done and blah blah. I have finished one 21 day abundance meditation and just started my second gratitude meditation this one is by Chopra. And I give myself a break in between. Maybe soon I will be able to focus a little better I tell myself each time. Be well and stay safe. Jada rocks.

  3. I’m a new subbie, and I like the vibe of your videos. I practice guided meditation and sleep talk down, and it works wonders for relaxation. You’ve shown some magnificent scenery.

  4. The rocks are called ‘holy stones’ (may not be spelled like that) they hold a healing vibe. ESPECIALLY the ones with holes through them. I’ve made necklaces with them in the past. I have about 4 in my stash. Peace. Be safe. Be well, live long!!!
