    I've travelled with them twice in the last year, 4 flight's in total, they wear great. Comfortable seats, great food and service from the staff was brilliant. A think you where maybe just unlucky.

    The flight became 17 hours because of a technical stop at Phuket, which you know from the moment you decided to book. It must have been the price point in comparison to say, BA (If direct), or QR, EK, any of those if you don't mind to transit? Personally I like day flights, you get more things done (you can still choose to sleep since you do have a flat bed), you arrive in London at night and ready to call it a day and sleep away the jet lag, instead of arriving early in morning in zombie mode. Despite Covid and their sad financial state, they still tried their best. The J cabin looks very neat, food and amenities all look up to par.

    One thing about Finnair is that their flight map on long haul has a time line for the major (and even minor) servings. This is at least on their newer fleet, like A350s.

    I can say one thing and that’s that they have improved a lot. The lounge is the same but now they will give you options on the plane once your op in the sky on what you want for dinner and breakfast and you tell them what you want so they now exactly what to give you when it’s time to eat. The movies haven’t really improved. But over all I think they have definitely improved from when you where flying. So give them a little break

    Lol I’m Australian, 17 hours is medium to short for me. I must say I fly Buisness for comfort and privacy. I would not be happy to have another passenger filming me. I clearly saw the faces of several other passengers. I assume the airlines allow this. Do the passengers know..?

    I've flown Thai airways business for 17 years, they do not care about gold card holders, they allow you to use points WHEN it suits them. The plane seats are the same shit for years, most of the A/C do not have wi-fi, its been going down hill for years… The only reason they are still active, is due to the GOV bailing them out of bankruptcy in March 22 and removed the corrupt staff. The Star Alliance group has gone down hill in terms of quality, the lounges are mostly closed, and offer little in terms of food/refreshments. Like all Airlines they are implying ripping us all off for twice the price. If there were better options on asian routes id use them

    I flew Thai airways as a child a bit back in the 70’s . The purple colour scheme is iconic of the Thai Airways and I have great memories of flying with them. I really wish Thai Airways all the best and they they survive into the future and continue to improve their service.

    I just got back from flying thai airways two days ago and I couldn’t have been more pleased with how awesome the service was and the food was compared to our American Airlines. It’s not hanging on by a thread in fact I think we’re going to see a huge revitalization for it soon.

    Thai Airways are scum. Their baggage guidelines are a joke. You will end up paying twice your ticket for merely a few kilos. They also don't let you change anything after 48 hours before check in. Disgraceful. First and last time I will ever use them. Shame because service/food on the flight itself was not bad but that was economy. I would be expecting much MUCH better than this for business. It's sad what the pandemic has done to the world – Lufthansa too – I've heard many horror stories recently.

    I flew first class and it was a real treat, they supplied me with a selection of free-range ladyboys for my suite including pre-op and post-op options. He was very sweet indeed, and I'm saying this as a Trump supporter.
