About SWISS (from Wikipedia):
Swiss International Air Lines AG (short for Aktiengesellschaft), colloquially known as SWISS, is the flag carrier of Switzerland, operating scheduled services in Europe and to North America, South America, Africa and Asia. Zurich Airport serves as its sole hub and Geneva Airport as a focus city. The airline was formed following the bankruptcy in 2002 of Swissair, Switzerland’s then flag carrier. The new airline was built around what had been Swissair’s regional subsidiary, Crossair. Swiss retains Crossair’s IATA code LX (Swissair’s code was SR). It assumed Swissair’s old ICAO code of SWR (Crossair’s was CRX), to maintain international traffic rights. It is a member of Star Alliance and a subsidiary of the Lufthansa Group. Its headquarters are at EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg near Basel, Switzerland, and an office at Zurich Airport in Kloten, Switzerland.

About Airbus A330 (from Wikipedia):
The Airbus A330 is a wide-body aircraft developed and produced by Airbus. Airbus conceived several derivatives of the A300, its first airliner in the mid-1970s. Then the company began development on the A330 twinjet in parallel with the A340 quadjet and launched both designs with their first orders in June 1987. The A330-300, the first variant, took its maiden flight in November 1992 and entered service with Air Inter in January 1994. The slightly shorter A330-200 variant followed in 1998.

The A330 shares its airframe with the early A340 variants, having two main landing gear legs instead of three, lower weights, and slightly different lengths. Both airliners have fly-by-wire controls as well as a similar glass cockpit to increase the commonality. The A330 was Airbus’s first airliner to offer a choice of three engines: the General Electric CF6, Pratt & Whitney PW4000, or the Rolls-Royce Trent 700. The A330-300 has a range of 11,750 km or 6,350 nmi with 277 passengers, while the shorter A330-200 can cover 13,450 km or 7,250 nmi with 247 passengers.

  1. I think the reason it was all booked out is that your flight was around the start of summer holidays in Switzerland, so many ppl are travelling at that time

  2. Great video as always. 2K is the only seat in First on the A330 that has a personal overhead air vent. I asked the crew about this on a recent flight, and they didn't know why – maybe crew rest on longer sectors?

  3. Business class amenity kit actually has a pen in it …. haha

  4. Some day maybe…. in the meantime, my first class flights experiences come via your videos ๐Ÿ˜€ thanks for sharing

  5. Great 1st Class, for the price. I think the ground experience looked wonderful with the special lounge, terrace, bus service etc. Does Masterworks pay for your ticket? I flew Business on Swiss earlier this year, but unfortunately, I was not too impressed. There was nothing negative about the experience, but it was simply not as luxurious as some of the other airlines, especially the old Business Class seats on the A330, and yes, the cabin was way too warm. I'd rather travel in a cool or even chilly cabin, so I can layer up and get cozy.

  6. Hey Dan, Iโ€™ve seen that you put July 22 into the description but this is actually the 2nd of July ๐Ÿ˜โœŒ๏ธ

  7. Can you come to Manchester to fly on easyJet? Iโ€™m crew and itโ€™d be nice to see you onboard one day!

  8. โ€œEurope's only five-st…Oh wait, four-star airlineโ€๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜† best line I've heard the whole day! In my opinion, they don't even deserve 4 stars, with their shitty 2-2-2 biz class and even worse catering with an occasional bad service attitude!

  9. By the way I really enjoy your videos and how they benefit me when I'm trying to find a good airline to fly with. I'm just as obsessed as you are for planes and hope one day I can have my own adventures. Thanks for the great content.

  10. Hi Dan ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ I once had a fear of flying but your videos are so motivating and relaxing. My dream is to one day fly to the Middle East with my hubby! I signed up for the giveaway; please pick me๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ™‚. Even if you donโ€™t, please continue to make great content!!

  11. Great review.

More importantly, for me, though โ€ฆ excellent production! Super smooth shots, editing, rhythm, everything. Very well done!

Have a happy day! And thank you!

  12. That was NOT an Australian accent – (& this is said by a โ€˜born & bredโ€™ Australian!) You made it sound NZ or South African!๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ˜ž

  14. ahaha, you gotta be careful with your "Sweden/Switzerland" jokes…you might be confusing a good deal of Americans!!!

  15. I tried first class on LX back in July 2019 from Bkk to zrh on their 777 and oh myโ€ฆ such an amazing experience and I agree with you the cabin was bit overheated as well. Your video makes me wanna try again Dan ๐Ÿ˜‰ thanks a lot for your. I e content once again
