🌸 The staff has really good hospitality (omotenashi) which is important in Kyoto/Japan.
🌸 From the beginning, you feel welcome.
🌸 West Luxury Suite and East Garden Suite have different concept/atmospheres. Both are good and it’s hard to choose one.haha
🌸 In the West Luxury Suite, you can see many traditional but modern arts.
🌸 In the East Garden Suite, you feel it’s a more traditional house.
🌸 The Sealy beds are super good and I was able to sleep well.
🌸 I like the bathtub in the West Luxury Suite.

I would choose East garden suite, caus is more traditional and when I travel I like to have as much taste of different culture as possible…and I get why western people want to be in more traditional accommodation, it same in my country, we have slovak traditional houses mostly in mountains resort(most turists go there) we called them – drevenice and as long as we know it and is nothing new or special for us, we choice less traditional accommodation and during may-october those more traditional accommondation are mostly taken by tourists
I really loved that video dear Anna. I like the little animation when you walk thru the streets of Kyoto 😊 and yes, this hotel is very very nice. There are so many nice things that I wouldn't know what to begin with if I had to describe everything I like. I also love the peaceful calm in this part of Kyoto. I don't know when I will be able to travel to Japan but if I visit Kyoto, I will make sure to stay at least one night at Kyonoyado Gekkoan West Luxury Suite for sure 🌓🌔🌕🌖🌗
