日本で数か所でしか行っていないパパブブレの実演の様子です。

今回は大阪心斎橋での一幕。

現場ではむせかえるほどのカカオの匂いが充満していました。
それを使ったチョコミント味の「CHOCO MINT」の文字。

見事というほかありません!!

    Why do they always pour the mixture to a small work surface and then expand it later? What happens if they pour it to an already wide work surface?

    パフォーマンス重視すぎて、飴の扱い方が汚く見える。
    ここの飴ちゃんは可愛いけどそれだけって感じ。
    工程はあまり面白くない。

    最後の伸ばし作業もすべて手作業で、腕力や体力が要りますね！
    日本の飴屋さんの動画も見たことありますが、工程や味や色や香り付けの工程の違いが面白かった。でもアルファベット9文字は本当に凄い！
