One is the vegetarian restaurant on Mott st in Chinatown that sells "shrimp" and "chicken" dishes that are really all mock-meat, and the other one is the place I cannot remember the name of that serves a full course Fugu meal with Fugu sashimi and the rest of the fish cooked in a stew. The last time I went to NYC I absolutely insisted on taking the people I was with to the other side of the city to eat at these restaurants and afterwards they realized why, they are both amazing in their own right.
