50 Seconds with Chef Manish Mehrotra of Indian Accent

Manish Mehrotra is the chef behind Indian Accent in New Delhi, voted Best Restaurant in Asia at Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, and the Indian Accent restaurants in New York and London. We caught up with him at Wynn Palace in Macao to discover the kitchen tool he can’t live without, his favourite ingredient and the chef he’d most like to swap places with.
