Walk tour to Hiroshima Castle.

Constructed in the 1590s, but was destroyed by the atomic bombing on August 6, 1945.

Rebuilt in 1958, a replica of the original that now serves as a museum of Hiroshima’s history.

The walk from the entrance leading to the castle is great, with a ton of trees. The castle walls were quite fascinating. Needless to say, the castle itself was magnificent.

Admission to the castle grounds is free. The entrance fee to the castle is ¥370 per person for adult and High school students ¥180.
.
Also great views over the city from the top floor.
