Today we set out on an ultimate street food tour in Izmir, Turkey, to try out all the level 9999 street foods that we could find. We started our day with a very light and tasty type of börek that we’ve been dying to try, it was crazy delicious.

Turkey is known around the world for its kebabs! We’ve tried so many, but had yet to taste the infamous Iskender Kebab. This level 9999 kebab is the ultimate street food, packed with meat and drizzled with a crazy amount of butter, just on another level. Even though we are in Izmir, the family running the shop is from Bursa (where the kebab originated) so we knew we were getting the ultimate authentic level 9999 experience.

To continue our level 9999 street food tour in Izmir, Turkey, we next tried the ultimate sweet pide, tahini pide. Pide in Turkey is very similar to pizza, except the one we got is a special dessert version, the ultimate sweet treat.

Our last stop on our ultimate street food tour in Izmir was to try the crazy şirdan! This is a definite level 9999 street food, so crazy and extreme unlike anything we’ve ever tried before. The place we went to try it must be the best place in the country, because this crazy şirdan was cooked to perfection and gives a whole new meaning to street food at that level of 9999, just the ultimate experience.

We hope you enjoy our video trying out the level 9999 street foods here in Turkey, especially the crazy şirdan! This ultimate street food tour in Izmir was on another level, stay tuned for more awesome food adventures coming your way.

  1. NIce and Tasty " Cig Börek " but the Döner Shop was not look so good quality … the Meat looks like its only made by Fat but minimum Meat and in a Iskender there is never Potato chips ( they looks like they are from the day before) it was definitly not a Iskender Kebap …Its better try all time a Döner Kebap when they make it with wood fire and its better when its a Shop what is staying long in this area…

  2. What's up everyone? Hope you're having a wonderful Sunday! What do you think of the Şırdan and Mumbar? Would you try it???

Compliments to all the restaurants that showed the true hospitality of Turkish people, everything looked delicious.. 😋

  8. We consume intestines as well. But we cut them into smaller pieces while serving so it is more easier to handle (as we eat with chopsticks). Really enjoy your videos! Bon appetite!
