Sakura season may be over but summer in Japan is just as beautiful, with carpets of blooming wisterias, roses and azaleas! 🌺❤️Pictured is Tsurumine Park in Okaya City, Nagano Prefecture – a heaven for azalea lovers, and home to over 30,000 flowering bushes. Typically, the azaleas are in full bloom in mid-late May but you might just be lucky enough to catch them if you go north to Hokkaido!
