ABOUT BYFOOD:

ByFood is Japan’s one-stop platform for foodie travelers. Here, visitors can book food experiences (food tours, cooking classes, dining experiences, tastings), place restaurant reservations without Japanese, and learn about Japanese food culture and places to eat in different regions of Japan.

ByFood strives to make Japanese food culture accessible to anyone, removing the language barrier and accommodating dietary needs. And if your perfect food experience isn’t available on our platform, the VIP Gourmet Concierge will create one that is custom-made for you.

Best of all, for every experience that’s booked on byFood, 10 school meals will be donated to children in need through the Food for Happiness program.

  3. I would love to visit Japan and have a tour with y'all and eat lots of food but I'm VEGETARIAN 😶‍🌫 And I've heard that it's very hard to find VEGETARIAN FOOD in Japan ; But still one day in future I'll be there visiting India's friend country Japan with total research of Vegetarian Restaurants LMAO :))

  4. 🎉yay🎉 I am all booked for this coming December! Been binge watching your amazing content 🥰 have lots of great spots added to my Google maps list! ❤

  5. Please feature things you can do in or around Narita airport. I'm looking for a flight at the end of November and most of them have 10-hour layover in Tokyo. Thank you and can't wait to visit again.

  6. sucks already made arrangements for Paris and Turkey this summer! but new year/Christmas time is free! is it a good time to visit Japan then?

  7. Is it open to everyone ? I want to come but I'm not vaccinated for Covid ! Thanks for answer

  8. Thank you, Shizuka and Japan By Food. I've been to Japan seven times, and I'm rarin' to bring my wife for visit eight! First six trips, for me, were work or military (loved 'em all!!!), starting with a Navy training mission in 1973 (trained with the amazing Maritime Self-Defense Force!). Finally, was able to bring my wife for a vacation in October 2019. She loves Japan, too.

  9. I'm booked for a 11 day tour on November 26, 2022 with all vaccinations from Hawaii. Question is about the SOS app, it is so cumbersome, therefore, when my wife and I arrive in Haneda is it necessary to download the app with all of the data required. I have an iphone but my wife does not an iphone, I would not want to purchase another phone just for entering Japan. Since we are US citizens is Japan fully open? Also, about face mask wearing indoors (restaurant), is it necessary to keep 6 foot distance and wear mask when not eating? In Hawaii as well as in mainland US hardly anyone is wearing masks, is Japan just paranoid?

  10. YESSSSSSSSS!!!! Can't wait for everyone to experience JAPAN! Japan ByFood offers the BEST EXPERIENCES that will make your heart so so happy! Now.. go book your trip everyone! Sending love to you all!
