50 Seconds With Chef Gaggan Anand of Gaggan

Gaggan Anand is the emoji-loving Indian chef whose restaurant Gaggan in Bangkok, Thailand, has topped the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list for four consecutive years and also sits at No.5 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018. We caught up with the chef at Wynn Palace in Macao to ask him about his pet hates, the kitchen tool he can’t live without and his favourite emoji.
