This video starts at the vertical elevator of Glover Sky Road and we are walking down the mountain to Oura Cathedral, one of the major tourist spots in Nagasaki. Then, we are walking to Dejima, Chinatown and Maganebashi Bridge, all of which are the Nagasaki’s must visit spots.

Trivia: Nagasaki is the well-known city along with Hiroshima for the atomic bomb during WW2. I wanted to include Peace Park but it was a little too far away from the spots we visited in this video. Sorry.

  2. I was in Nagasaki in 2005. It was beautiful! I toured the Glover place, walked down from there and rode on the trolley car to the big park, visited the WWII museum and a few other places.

  3. Hi, Yoshi. Now that you have a new phone and you are a lot better at shooting videos, I suggest that you reshoot your walks around JR Yamanote and Chuo lines. This time with a few differences: Start your way at Tokyo station, walk through Yamanote line and when you get back at Tokyo Station you start your walks through Chuo line. This time, instead of doing one video per station, do videos of around 1 hour, with as many stations you can cover in this time. Do the walks in both directions: start at Tokyo Station, walk the yamanote line, then the chuo line, and then walk back to Tokyo Station and circle yamanote line in the the other direction, back to Tokyo Station again, the difference in direction is important for us that are only watching.

  4. Beautiful video, Yoshi san. I have always wanted to visit Nagasaki. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to enjoy it virtually. 😀

  5. Once again: This 4K HDR footage is spectacular. I'm beginning to SERIOUSLY QUESTION why any scenic walk YouTuber would even want to burden themselves with the weight of a cumbersome, standalone mirrorless camera and lens? It simply isn't necessary anymore. You can alleviate the potential pain in your BACK & ARMS and still capture footage that looks just as GOOD OR BETTER in my estimation..!
