    They serve you cold rice in Pampanga in places called Carenderia. Their city government should make that illegal because it makes their Food Capital tittle a joke. Local People of Pampanga put cold rice in their mouth? The Carenderia is the place where Hard Working people of Pampanga eat, and sadly they are not given good food. The Kare Kare is all bones and the shrimp paste is too Fishy and too pink.
