こんにちは！「 Japanese Kitchen Tour 」です。
こちらのチャンネルでは、日本の食文化や料理人の技術、日本の食べ物を紹介します。

今回は福岡市にある唐人町商店街の中にあるカフェ「HAKKO」さまを紹介します。
こちらは2022年8月にオープンしたばかりの新しいカフェ。
オーナーの山口さんは過去に陸上自衛隊で勤務していた方で、長年の夢を叶えて毎日笑顔で働いています。

    Yamaguchi-san is like a people magnet. She radiates so much energy, no wonder people are flocking to talk to her. What a wonderful person!
    The foods she sells in the cafe look so yummy. And the story on how she and the shop owner decided to create the cafe is like a drama coming to life. Wishing her the best!
