I hadn’t used the Shinkansen’s first class called « Green Car » in years but I realized that it’s not that expensive.

The normal class would have cost me 14.520 yen.
I had to add 5.070 yen for the ride in between Shin-Osaka and Tokyo. I think it is absolutely worth it! The seats are so large and comfortable!

I am sorry about the bad quality. I had not planned to livestream today and I didn’t have the gimble…

  1. グリーン車 is definitely a nice treat ^_^
I can't remember exactly, but i dont think the middle arm rest can be pulled up and back like in a regular car to give you more room to spread out. But that just makes me sound like a gerthy westerner 😂😂😂😂😂😂

  2. Bonjour, Jennifer. The Green Car looks very chic and comfortable. Sad to hear the news that 5 Hokuriku Shinkansen have had to be abandoned due to the devastating typhoon last month in Nagano.

  3. Notice how the guy at the 6:35 mark had turned his seats around to face his buddy/co-worker. nice feature if you are a group of 3 or 4 travelers.

  4. The fabric of the seats and the interior of the train looks at least 20 years old. Why are the prices still so expensive given they are still much slower then domestic airlines?
