Will the ban on vlogging in Tokyo Disney affect your being able to do future park videos/reviews?

Chris, I'm planning to go celebrate new years 31st and 1st Jan 2023 at TDR. How bad will the crowds be this time around? Wouldn't most of the locals be going back to their hometown or something as I heard Japanese people likes to go back to their hometown and focus on going to temples during new years. Just trying to understand what I'm getting myself into when I'm there.
To give some context, I was in Disneyworld early March 2022 where it would have been a low crowd season but due to the post pandemic era and everybody is on their revenge travelling mode, the crowd levels were insane.
Iβm going on October 15 to Japan. For USJ do I need to make a reservation besides buying a ticket?
Gutted I might not get to book the toy story hotel. I had wanted to spend my last night in Tokyo in the toy story hotel.
