Very small restaurant but everything is prepared from scratch, including pasta, it's very healthy and probably delicious.
In Paris I would say 90% of restaurants should be closed, they just serve pre-prepared and frozen meals with chimicals, and don't really understand why lot of japanese tourists still come in Paris to "appreciate" "french cuisine".
I love these videos I also love Japanese food. The only thing I can’t do is eat under cooked eggs. If they were cooked a bit longer I would eat like crazy. It’s a texture thing.
