    Thuong’s red outfit is awesome. Does Santic have any really high end cycling wear? Just curious. Also, I can’t wait until scooters all become electric. I live part of the time in Vietnam too, and the exhaust fumes — ugh! Stay safe riding out there, guys!

    Go back to Japan, it is clean, orderly, and borderline OCD in terms of social interactions.
    Now that tourism is open you may conduct bicycle tours, just an idea, although you need lots of planning for such an enterprise.
    Vietnam is a 3rd world country, it needs generations of civic education to understand that litering is an environmental disaster.
    Japan also has a litring problem, but not in major cities. Is well hidden…
    I must say you sound disappointed and stressed out.

    I think we should definitely be enjoying the autumn and winter as much as possible, because it looks as if each subsequent summer is going to get hotter still. Winter is eventually going to become the new summer where we go outside a lot. And summer will just be sitting indoors in the air conditioning for those fortunate enough to have it.

    I quit watching F1 a few years ago so I would have probably forgotten it was on and done the same thing. Must be pretty common. Glad you managed to find a way to make it work.

    Bicycle breeze on sweat is one of the best feelings. I love your idea of riding down the Malay peninsula to Singapore.
    I plan on doing some similar rides when the wife and I retire.

    in Singapore there is a famous brand call tsunami they made good Chromoly frame and bike. Singapore made bicycle

    An excellent alternative option is Airbnb. Try it the next time you travel. You might even check into it now and if you can find something good, cancel your hotel reservations. Just make sure the place that you consider booking has reviews. I would book anything between 4-5 stars. Btw, I just went to the website, there's a lot of nice accomodations. Check it out, you'll be surprised. I never book hotels anymore.

    TDA Global Cycling is a cycling travel company. They organize multi-country travel vacations around the world. They have support vehicles and local travel assistants. You may be sleeping in a tent or hotel. Depends on your needs and budget. I am not affiliated to them. Cycling to singapore looks do able. They have a YT channel here.

    Not sure where you are staying in Singapore in a Capsule Hotel. My one time staying in this type of hotel was at the Galaxy Pods in Chinatown. For a pod hotel, very nice, well kept, comfortable pods and a nice staff.
