The links to things that I mentioned are down below!

– Asakusa Tori Yoshi

One of the first places I have ever loved since I arrived in Tokyo 3-4 years ago. I love the fact that the restaurant actually opens early and closes late. Almost 24 hours, but then again its not. XD

– Asakusa Menchi

Very noticeable spot in Dempo-in Street once you take that sharp left. People always line here no matter what day, or time it is! Definitely give it a go.

– Kagetsudo

Best Melon Pans in Tokyo! It moved places few years ago but it is still relatively near Sensoji Temple. They have the best melon pans for a somewhat affordable price. Don’t forget to get the Ice Cream Melon Pan during the summer! It is AMAZING

– Gyuukatsu

Pretty famous with the Korean and Chinese travellers for some reason. People maybe posted blogs and such? But the reason as to why is pretty obvious. It is probably the best Katsu place in Asakusa hands down.. For relatively cheap as well considering what it actually offers!

– Asakusa Silk Pudding

Hidden from the limelight that is Asakusa, this place actually sits on an almost-empty street. You would not notice this spot exists unless you actually search it on google. Tourists who discover this gem of a store love to either try to Asakusa Premium Pudding, or the Macha pudding, which is unusual to begin with.

  1. It is fucking old. lol Nice vid, broheim.

Also your narration mic sounds like an ASMR vid. That silky voice. hahaha

  2. Your voice over voice is so funny hahaha The gyukatsu place is so popular, right ! I don't really like meat so I've never been there but Takeru keeps trying to convince me to go there hahaha

  3. you are the attraction everyone is looking at you.
At 3:40 the guy got hit by the women, when they left. like " don't talk shit man" BAM.

  4. Oh god, that melon pan. I go there every time I'm in Asakusa. And I had that menchi back during New Years' in the middle of the night. Comfort food at it's best.

  5. Does cartwheels all over this vid
Ahhh this is the best!!! I love the combo of facts and little "YO THIS PIGON" and the food!

  6. The voice over seemed a little bassy on my headphones. Regardless, awesome channel and video. Came from Yuta's latest video. Subbed! (edit: spelled Yuta's name wrong)

  7. Your voice is addicted ! So pleasing, sound like ASMR . You must try anime voice over or something like that

  8. Notice me senpai! Love your videos. Just went to Japan 3 weeks ago. I wish I had known your channel sooner because I stayed in Asakusa but I did get to eat the Melon Pan Ice. Anyway, great job! More power from fellow Filipino over here. 🙂

  9. Literally my thought just now at the beginnen of your Video! I was thinking if I made vlogs in Japan, should I talk english or my homelanguage german. English equals international, but more people are able to understand you or… german equals almost zero of people will realise what language you speak and you can say what ever you want but on YouTube only germans will understand me haha

  10. Thanks for sharing this! will deff visit my next trip to asakusa. greetimgs from Bali!

  11. Just a few suggestions in your videos man.

    1. Speak more casual. When you talk it seems as if you're trying a bit too hard to say a lot of things in a short amount of time to cover for the fact that English isn't your native language. There's nothing wrong with that in itself, but I suggest you use simple and concise sentences to get your point across.
    2. Try and actually provide MORE useful information. I think you're trying to be cute to obviously appeal to the audience, but I suggest that you instead actually prove to the audience that you know the area you're showing using research, otherwise, it just seems as if you look for restaurants/stalls/shops and Google them looking for fun facts.
    3. Be consistent in the information you give out. When you give out for example prices of the shops, make sure that throughout the video you consistently give out that specific information.
    4. Know your audience's needs. If you're going to be giving out information, make sure you tailor it to specific target audiences, you could, for example, have a gauge next to the price for different income customers, like if it's worth it or not to this specific market group.

Other than that I like your shots. Keep it up!

  12. Thank you for your video! We recently returned from a trip to Japan, and we stayed in Asakusa while we were in Tokyo.
We went to that Silk Pudding Cafe (Testa Rossa) every day! They do have the BEST silk pudding! All their flavors are amazing, but nothing beat their Premium Pudding! I bought both glass jars to take back with me 🙂
Wouldn't have found it without your video, thank you so much again!

PS: Your videos are great! Your day job must keep you busy, but I am looking forward to more when you get the change 🙂

  13. Asakusa Tori Yoshi was just very OK; and you made it seen like it tasted so amazing! lol, I just ate there today… it simply tastes like chicken and rice. Not mind-blowing.
