NEW Shinjuku Station Square to Hanazono Shrine | TOKYO WALKING TOURS



This video takes you on a walking tour from the new Shinjuku Station Square to Hanazono Shrine.
The day I filmed this video was the day the Tori-no-Ichi Fair was being held at Hanazono Shrine.
The Tori-no-Ichi Fair is an annual fair held in November on Rooster Day, where people buy lucky charms such as rakes and beckoning cats (Manekineko).

    Always see you walked passed Isetan, I wonder how the food hall looks like now. Would love to see you do a tour of the Isetan food hall, I remember the food there was exquisite!

    The food at the stalls at that shrine during the festival is always sooo good. Can't wait to have the okonomoyaki from there again when tourism can start up.
