Heyo! Mitch and Day here 👋🏼

We’re just your typical American-Colombian couple determined to live every second of our precious time here on earth to the fullest. After a 10-month solo backpacking trip through South America, I (Mitch) stopped in Cali, Colombia to take salsa dancing classes 💃🏻. I only planned to stay for a couple weeks, but God had other plans for me. I met a cute Colombian girl (Day) in class, those couple weeks turned into a couple years, and before we knew it…we were married 👰🏻🤵🏼

Now we’re traveling the world full time as digital nomads, supporting ourselves by working online 👨‍💻👩‍💻

Our goal with these videos is to inspire you to step outside your comfort zone, give you an inside peek at our crazy imperfect lives, and show you that you don’t have to be rich to live an extraordinary life…all you need to do is make the choice!

  1. Thanks for this helpful video! I am from the Philippines and I'm flying to LAX. I dunno if I can have the Scott's. What website or app do you recommend?

  2. Looks like I can do St. Louis to Dallas or Houston less $300 on Skyscanner sept 6 or 7-11 and skip lag if willing go in morning only back pack 292!

  3. The problem starts with those useless Ads about Promo fares. How in the universe are they allowed to that for decades. No one is complaining.

  4. I use kayak to see the cheapest days to fly then head over to American Airlines or delta to book

  5. What would you recommend for a easy domestic flight from any airport in Southern California to Seattle Washington and doi I need to be vaccine to fly domestic iam within a hour drive to all of so Cali airport, San Diego, John Wayne, lax and if cheaper I will drive to Ontario California airport

  6. I have a flight booked from Cape town to New Orleans and I have 3 layovers in between. Is that going to be a problem since I booked my flight with Skiplagged

  7. Looking for cheapest possible return flights from Dallas to Dhaka (DAC) Bangladesh in November 2022, return January 2023 Posted Aug 3 2022

  8. I recently tumble on a way to get cheaper tickets but I don't know how to make it consistent. Want to hear your idea.
I was looking for a ticket from San Diego to Maui to meet with my parents who flied from San Jose (CA). Their Southwest ticket was $200 cheaper than whatever flight I could find. Then it hit on me, Southwest fight from San Diego to San Jose was only $59-$69. I had to book 2 flight (SW refused to make it one flight with layover in San Jose), but I saved over $100 and met my parents earlier.

  9. Hi I just want to comment on Spirit Airlines . I have never understood why there is so much hate for them . My personal experience is traveling them for many many years between NY and Florida . I am so sad they will be merging . First of all with Spirit they have never crashed . Second they are responsible for the big three ever giving any kind of a discount . Third You could literally go to the airport , go to the kiosk and let the computer pick your seat and get a huge discount on your seat . I have been a frequent flyer with only a backpack, and my own packed meal , and it worked great for me . Four – You could order a cocktail a double , and. the attendants would ask you if you wanted another double .without batting an eye . Fifth- The flight attendants were big strong men , and did not take crap from trouble making passengers . I flew for over 20 years like this back and forth to see family . I want to see how all the miserable people now who want first
Class service , with a hundred pounds of luggage like the high prices of the big three . I personally never cared for Jet Blue although I don’t have any real complaints about them . People just don’t understand what budget airlines are .. For those who complain about delays, cancelled flights, and lost luggage ; that happens with every airline , and for much higher prices . I thank God for so many great trips with Spirit over the years .

  10. Don’t care for cheap tickets as much as I care for SAFETY first & foremost. With everything going on, I’d rather spend a few extra cheese for a safer flight.

  11. hi, what do you think about ASAP tickets. Looking to leave managua nicaragua to corfu greece on 9th of dec. Any thoughts on best international carriers.

  12. We all know that the tourist industry, is always ready to rip off the travelers. Let us take a look atthe air lines. They increase the price of the tickets in a very crazy way. A one way ticket can cost huge a amount of money, between cities a few hours apart. Now I don't understand why a last minute ticket can cost 300 time more than a normal ticket. The plane has X amount of seat and the air lines are already making profit on that particular trip. Also the price of a flight if you look at it on the internet more than a few times it will increase 50 to 100 percent, just for you looking at it. Ironically, when the air lines are in problem, they go to the government and ask for money.
the tax payers money. The very people they will rip off later.

  13. Hi i just saying after we book the flight app but how we receive ticket flight? are they send to our house? because is my first time booking

  14. Thank you for your tips, hopefully this can save me some money on a flight to asain.
Getting your input, what's a decent price for a ticket from LAX to SGN?
I'm planning to volunteer over there during winter break so I'm planning to leave after Dec 16th for 2-3week

  15. You say about skipping the 2nd leg BUT many or maybe most airlines charge you if you don't get on your flight. About $200 etc

  16. honestly this is the same as hotels, make it easier for everyone and please just take that price you found, and ask the airlines to price match.
    never book through 3rd parties.

  17. don't use skiplagged, best way to get your return flight cancelled and to be banned for life on the involved airlines…

  18. People have gotten sued by the airlines for doing what's being suggested, not to mention frequent flyer account shut downs and points forfeiture and even a ban. It's against contract of carriage and unethical. Simply put: it's cheating.
