Florence is the top place that we wanted to visit in Italy. The art, culture, and wine was everything we hoped for and more. We got to see Michelangelo’s David, visit the Medici Palace, climb to the top of Brunelleschi’s Dome, explore the crypts of the cathedral, eat gelato and pasta, and finally go on a wine tour. While on our wine tour we met two couples from the UK and got rooftop drinks with them. It was so much fun and i got to try an Aperol spritz for the first time!

*⚠️our tours were mostly booked through “Get Your Guide” and they were very hit or miss. Tour information on their site is outdated, which was super frustrating. The tours are cheap so I guess you get what you pay for*

*🚩I will not be providing a link to our airbnb because after we checked out our host was an absolute nightmare. He rudely kept pressuring us to leave early. He also tried to give us a poor review for using two towels that were in an unlocked cabinet (with no sign saying we couldn’t use them).
