EXMOUTH Devon UK August 2022 – Town Centre & Seafront – 4K Walking Tour

Join us for a walk in Exmouth, Devon, UK. We explore Exmouth town centre and seafront on a sunny Summer’s evening in August 2022. Our walk starts on Beacon Hill in Exmouth town centre. We take a look around the town before heading to Exmouth seafront, past Manor Gardens along Alexandra Terrace, Morton Road and then along the Esplanade. Along the way we pass Exmouth Clock Tower, Premier Inn Exmouth Seafront, The Bath House, The Octagon, Exmouth Pavilion, Ocean Exmouth, Exmouth Rowing Club, Harbour View Cafe & Chip Shop, Mickeys Beach Bar & Restaurant and RNLI Exmouth Lifeboat Station. After walking along Queen’s Drive and Marine Drive we finish our walk by Bumble and Sea at the Orcombe Point end of Exmouth Beach.

Exmouth is a town and seaside resort situated on the south east coast of Devon where the river Exe meets the sea. Exmouth is 11 miles southeast of Exeter.

Exmouth town offers a diverse selection of shops, cafes and pubs along with Exmouth indoor market. Exmouth is the gateway to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and Exmouth Beach is popular for water sports including kite surfing, kayaking and windsurfing. Exmouth seafront has a traditional promenade which runs alongside the two miles of Exmouth’s golden sandy beach.

The Exmouth Clock Tower is located on Exmouth Sea Front Esplanade. It was built in 1897 to commemorate Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee.
