You may have to queue to eat at Tokyo’s newest Michelin-starred ramen restaurant – Sobahouse Konjiki Hototogisu, but we can assure you it’s worth the wait! 🍜🌟 The restaurant is only the third ramen restaurant in the world to get a star and is located in central Shinjuku, Tokyo.
Their popular shoyu ramen, pictured, is made from a shellfish based broth, served with homemade noodles, roast pork, bamboo shoots, spring onions and a soy sauce marinated egg. The ramen is then topped with a oil made from porcini mushroom and black truffle. Photo by @hungrynyc. #VisitJapanAU #Cuisine
