特大の鯵フライを出す定食屋を初めて拝見しました😆。今時の食券販売機を使わず、一人一人注文書に記入されるスタイルは、懐かしく思い出しました。飲食店での人件費は、食材費よりも頭を悩める処です。家族一同で薄利多売を為されて居るから可能なのかと思いました😂。イザコザの無い家族が輝いて見えました🎵。
