    Great to see you at the show. Tiffen was good, Newmar was not impressed, when we opened the doors they shook and made noise. It was weird and unexpected. Loved the Fleetwoods. We gave a Georgetown and it was cool to check out those and see ours is good and we got a good price from Camping World. Our first show and we had a great time.

    We had a step failure on our Class A, dealer could not get us in right away so I started to work on it myself.
    Lippert really gives you a detailed manual how to check the system, so I get my tester out and determined it was the step module failed.
    Well we called Lippert and he asked me if I done everything in the manual, I said yes.
    So he send me a step module FREE of charge overnight.
    Well it still did not work, so the last step was to get the pin holding the step out, keep in mind step was frozen in the in position.
    After fighting with it and some bruises I managed to free the pin so I could move the step out to get to the motor, had to make a makeshift wire harness for testing, yep Motor gone.
    Called Lippert back and again send me a FREE motor.
    It works fine now, the point is Free, overnight, wow Lippert, what a service is this , we where 3 month over our warranty.
    I bet the dealer would have charged us tons of money and taken forever.
    Thanks Lippert for such good customer service 👍👍👍

    I've seen that Montana in another video. It's amazing and I don't know why the industry doesn't collab with or get input from actual owners on design and construction elements.

    I live in central Indiana and have been on the Montana and Jayco factory tour. Never a Lippert tour tho.
    If you are still in the area, I could arrange a Subaru factory tour.

    Glad that they were able to fix the problem. Are slides on every RV. If one looks into a class B RV, are they small for two people and a dog and what would you recommend? Thanks for your videos and your help..Courtney’s RV is lovely.
