I would gladly have the mambo italiano! Smoked pancetta, mushrooms and parmigiano and thyme crumble sounds delicious to me! I am Italian and I know that mac and cheese isn't Italian but I love these ideas and I just love even the mild creamy taste of simple mac and cheese.
I am a bizarro italian though. I prefer ben and jerry's to italian gelato, I looove spaghetti and meatballs and I have eaten creamy shrimp alfredo on my trip to New York and I devoured 2 plates of it. I also love my neapolitan pizza though and I will cuss out anyone who puts cream in carbonara pasta, also if you give me lasagne drowning in a lake of ketchup colored sweet tomato sauce I swear I will throw up in the plate. So I guess I am a mix. 🤣🤣🤣

Its a shame stores like these will struggle during this Pandemic. The government really needs to put their hands deeper in their pockets and support small local businesses!!! We have so much variety, thats what makes London so unique.
