Five countries, 3000 kilometres, two dirt bikes and one hell of an Adventure! With only a handful of GPS waypoints, Adam and his mate Efthymis find their way through the Balkans in five days.

Riding two standard KTM Adventure bikes, the 2022 890 and 1290 Adventure R, the boys are carrying minimal camping gear, have no planned routes and not a single hotel booking between them.

Their journey is governed purely by Adam’s GPS, which is set to track the shortest distance between waypoints and include any unpaved roads. This is the exact method Adam used to create his Adventure film series ‘MOTONOMAD’ which you can see here: https://gumroad.com/ariemann1

  1. The drone shots are amazing! I'm assuming you used a follow-me mode, if so it seems to work bloody well!

  2. Like always its the 2 legged one should be worried about more than the 4 legged. Great trip and well put together.

  3. Superb landscapes, and scenery…. sadly that is all I can say about this video. How can you leave on an adventure ride with motorcycles and have no levers with you? Why tubeless? And don t even mention the paranoia with bears and wolfs and with the guys in the Albanian mountains? Do you think those guys would have let them film if they really wanted to harm them?

  4. Man i live in albane and for adv and sport, naked, cruiser, supermoto it has the best roads

  5. I can see typical "westie" panic: "o my, this is wild country, some badland or so". I live in Poland, many people go to Albania to make some enduro or 4×4 off-road and I never heard anyone was in trouble. Everybody says locals are nice and very helpful. Of course when you meet 5 shepherds in the middle of nowhere you can feel less comfortable then in the hotel. There are shades of travelling.

  6. I'm glad I didn't know about the bears and wolves when I got lost and ran out of petrol on my own at night in the Montenegrin mountains😅That would have made the ordeal even worse😂

  7. Real adventurer don’t use gps! They use the wind! Hot air ballooning is where the true adventurers are!

  8. Hi Adam, I'm interested in your gopro mount, what brand of the mount are you using? Thanks

  9. "Talks about being an adventurer rider"
    Doesn't bring tire levers
    No spare tubes
    "TOP KEK"

Why not bring a tent for fuck's sake?

  10. My God, you have fulfilled my dream. My lifelong bukcketlist is to ride my motorcycle into these beautiful and stunning places. Thanks for sharing this video.
I think I want to get into the adventure bike scene now

  11. U are wrong about albania , it is not wild it is not bad land if u think it that way its is your problem not the land problem , as albanian i can tell that was nothing wrong with shephereds they are not hiding they are just worinkg there thats all . Hope u go back in albania and see that u was wrong

  12. Croats are the friendliest folks I know! Thanks for sharing your story mates!

  13. nice video but srsly you are being more dramatic as it should lol.. Albania is very safe from the part of wild animals or nature.I would be more concerne if i was in a middle of a city or a highspeed road when someone unfortunately would hit you with car or smthg like that

  14. Nice story!!! i have same experience, was solo on 1290R in september balkan. And i was searching save spot after 21H(9PM) terified from bears and wolfs.. my horn was very usefull every minute to say im here dont eat me.. sry for my english.. ride safe 🙂
