Japanese have announced plans to reopen to foreign tourists in October 2022 with visa free travel, no daily tourist caps, and no tours or travel agencies required. While nothing is set in stone yet, the weak yen and business pressures are likely causing ripples. We will keep an eye out and hopefully see a return to visa free travel next month in Japan!

I wish youtubers would stop providing fake info Japan IS open I did not have to book through any travel agent I booked my own flights my own hotels and are free to do as I wish. I have no idea why youtubers are running the agenda that's simply not true. At least 5 from my channel are all heading to Japan next week as free tourists
