Next to Sapporo Station on the 10th floor of the Esta Building is the Ramen Kyowakoku area of the restaurant floor. It is like a ramen village featuring 16 of the most well-known ramen shops and styles in Hokkaido. You can choose whatever style and taste you like. In this video, Mike chose to eat at the restaurant called “Baiko-ken” which offered a special summer Chinese-style ramen with cheese, slightly spicy and very tasty!
