It's smaller than most Tokyo business hotels like the ones you've stayed this trip but works for solo trips! I've stayed in many business hotels in Tokyo but one can never get $42 per night in Tokyo though. I remember staying at a business hotel for $58 at Kamata when they had a opening promo and the room size was actually huge. To me that was such a steal!
Ohio Ghib San. Sg hotel generally do not allow online food Delivery personnel to go to the room for security reasons for all guests. This is consistent to house rule of not allowing strangers up to guest rooms.
おはようございます Ghib,, missed the live stream still dreaming at that time,, wow for 42$ its so clean n complete, and that つる,, i still keep that when i stay injapan, i 6 of the crane Ghib while staying at Hilton at Shinjuku i think,, for massage Ghib in jakarta i only paid 15$ including tips for 2 hours n she came to d hotel, but she charge more for foreigners, 45$ for 2 hours, anyway anything is cheaper abroad lah, but we must hv connection,, thanks for showing d APA hotel,, its very nice n clean, Huat Ah Ghib,, will make my breakfast now,, ☕️🥐😅👍
アパもたくさん日本🗾国内にあるけれど。。私は温泉♨が必ずあるドーミーインをオススメするなぁ♡朝食付きにして😉夜のラーメン🍜（半ラーメン）は無料ですよ!! 確かスーツくん、函館のドーミーイングループ泊まってた。函館はラビスタ函館ベイと言って、朝ごはんのブッフェが有名😍😋
If you're talking about "cheap" chain hotel in Singapore the cheap ones would be Hotel 81s for comparison but of course it isn't as cheap as these business hotels in Japan lol! Land is scarce more in Singapore than in Japan hence the pricing but location wise they are great. Prices will go up definitely once there's demand that's how it works.

yeaa which makes me question why it's 'difficult' to put a bathtub in hdbs….HDBs are already much bigger than some japanese apartments
At the current rate, it is S$41. That's pretty cheap! I think you can stay in a business hotel like this in Tokyo or Osaka for at least S$80.

以前福岡に行ったとき、駅から徒歩数分で美味しい朝食付きなのに4000円程度のホテルに泊まったことあります！福岡はコスパ最強のホテル多いイメージです🎵
Sorry Ghib, I don't support this particular hotel chain for obvious reasons. I would rather camp out in a manga cafe than stay at an APA.
That’s the biggest tv I’ve seen in a single bed hotel room in japan 😂 I always check up APA when travelling to japan. Think I stayed before but don’t rmb seeing the ceo book 😅
