  1. Just hope that it is not just for US and European countries, but for all countries! The most important thing is to remove the requirements for package tour and ERFS certificate.

  2. Glad this is happening. I just got my Visa issued today from the Evisa website after going through the whole ERFS nightmare, my layover for Japan is before October so I would have needed one anyway. Plan on scheduling a proper trip to Japan in October though so this is still good news that I won't have to go through this bullshit again

  3. I'm looking for a possible Nov/Dec trip. Already looking at flights and hotels. Prices are sure to go up. BUY YEN NOW!

  4. Once again, my other take is that Japan may still need foreign travelers to book through travel agencies with no guided tours. The government was really slow on making any official guidelines just like what happened on when they announced the easing of border 2 days before June 1. Then official guidelines a day before June 10. The PM may announce something for October but official rules and guidelines will just be a surprise like what happened in June. Theyโ€™re still trying to play it safe.

  5. I booked my flight for this November. This guy is going to Japan!! Thank man, this is great news for me! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ต

  6. It would be nice to know what day in October because my fight is planned to go there on Oct. 12th, so hopefully, all of this will be lifted before then so I don't have re-arrange all of my plans.

  7. It's a little sad I think. I hope Japan doesn't go back to the packed foreign tourism days up to 2020. Last month in Japan (especially in Kyoto) was the most peaceful time (like it used to be).

  8. hey, got a travel visa w/erfs thanks to this channel. Heading to japan oct 17. Hopefully, everyone is able to go soon โœŒ๏ธ

  9. Now it is clear to refund ERFS fees for those who apply during September and traveling around October. This is BS! It should not be announcement of SEPTEMBER 7 at this point. ๐Ÿ˜‘

  10. thank you so much for you help ! do you happen to know when traveling with a tourist visa, after the 90 days. How soon can I enter japan again ????

  11. Correct Harb -Sora News: Local news outlets say Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida is expected to make the official announcement in the coming days, with talk within government that the announcement may be made duringย a speech at the New York Stock Exchange, when the prime minister visits the United States next week.

  12. Since weโ€™ve come to this opening up in Japan, why not discuss some interesting place who wants to avoid tourist traps like the Omori Bell Port that sometimes they do some movies or series shootings or other cultural activities, Omori Shell Mounds, Shinagawa Aquarium, Heiwajima Hot Springs, Yanaka-Ginza, Keikyu Line train and dine package in Miurakaigan area, etc.

  13. It will be limited for entry, about 50,000 for one day even if you have everything you can be turned away if the limit has been reached. I keep looking at the Japanese embassy website and theres nothing but business, exchange, and family, who are allowed to come.

  14. Bought my plane tickets for December ๐Ÿ™‚ canโ€™t wait to visit Japan!
