In May this year, I visited the Delta Air Lines museum in Atlanta. This is the BEST AIRLINE MUSEUM I’ve ever been. It houses the first B747-400 in the world, B767-200 Spirit of Delta, the original Delta Dust Cropping plane, a shiney silver DC-3 and many interesting items.

After the tour of museum, I visited the Delta Tech Ops and Operation Center to see first hand how the operation is conducted.

  2. The Delta Flight Museum is one of the most special places I have ever been. It is a must-visit place for all aviation enthusiasts.

  3. Thats the first 747 400 ex of northwest but delta merged with northwest so thats why its in the delta livery

  4. The USAir/USAirways/American museum is located at the bankruptcy court in Arlington VA. on Sunday morning along with my pension and 401K.

  5. Delta's true spirit is on that man's face, always smiling and friendly.. best domestic airline to fly in the US

  6. Sam I love this video but the editing on it wasnt very smooth. That said, I still think you have some awesome content and I love what you do. Keep up the good work my friend!!!!!

  7. I am planning on going to visit this museum. Is it possible to request a narration tour with this guy? He is great!

  8. Sorry guys. The best museum of ALL planes is in Fairborn Ohio at Wright Patterson Air Force Base!! I spent my formative years at that base!!✈️✈️✈️

  9. The airline I am very proud to work for has a museum as well but it doesn’t maintain aircrafts other than helping a DC-3 wearing its colors from time to time, there are also a number pf its aircraft exposed here and there over the country but it does not have a specific aircrafts museum, and it is a pity, knowing how many machines it has flown over the 80 plus years of its existence.
    Kudos to Delta

  10. I visited this museum yesterday. It's pretty much the same. They don't provide a guide. You have to go through TSA like security with metal detectors when you enter the museum and again when you enter the 747.

  11. This is definitly NOT the best Aeorpolane museum… Only Showing american
, and only american airplaines. Where are the fighters???
Airplanes have a long history… War an peace…
When ytou say this is the BEST museum. I feel like a dishommor to all these french and germann aviators who fought to death.
I discrube. But you don't care
    You have made your money
    .

  12. Disappointing that a lot of Northwest (Orient) Airlines equipment is in their Museum. The 747- 400 does not even belong to DELTA originally. It's a Northwest 747-451. DELTA should have displayed their old 747-132 from the 1970s instead

  13. I'm a 100% service connected disabled veteran, whom was denied reasonable accomodation by Delta Airlines on four different flights recently where Delta Airlines and their  employees discriminated against me and violated my civil rights.

Unfortunately, I'm dying from End Stage Liver Disease brought on by Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, so, Baypines VA RMC booked flights with Delta to Richmond VA RMC for my wife and I to complete final evaluations to get on the National Liver Transplant list.

We flew on 01/30/2022. Our return flights were booked for 02/03/2022. We had called Delta Reservations on   1/23/2022 and 02/02/2022 prior to flying. We were assured both times that Delta could certainly accommodate my request due to my documented disability.

On 01/30/2022 we checked in at TPA to fly to ATL and on to RIC. We were two hours early for each flight where my wife and I were denied each of my requests for reasonable accomodation at every gate.

Delta reservation #'s for myself were F7U6M8- JM726p and for my wife Liz F7VNAV-JM3Y2S
Some of the symptoms of ESLD can be medically dangerously acute, and the edema or fluid retention can be extremely painful and dehabilitating.

My reason for requesting bulkhead seating was because sitting in a no legroom/upright seat causes severe swelling in my legs and scrotum which imobilizes my lower extremities. I then have great difficulty being ambulatory and the pain increases as the pressure of the built up edema fluids becomes worse and worse.

We had requested to speak with a Delta CRO several times and were told no CRO was available. We possibly had a CRO in RIC, however, she identified herself as a supervisor and did not resolve my repeat
ed requests for reasonable accomodation.  Plus, on none of the flights was I approached by a Flight Attendant to ask if I needed help in case of emergency egress.

This whole process has been excruciatingly painful, embarrassing, dehibilitating and has caused me to become bed ridden while my disability has worsened!

We have never been so disrespected or been treated in such an insufferable dehumanizing manner while Delta employees continually denied my repeated requests for reasonable accomodation. We seriously believe, if the Delta employees we asked to help could have cared less about us, they would have! On our last flight home an announcement was made  advising everyone on entire plane  not to eat peanuts because of a passenger with nut allergies. Why was this person afforded their request for reasonable accomodation while ignoring and denying all my requests?

  14. What a great video! When visiting another city or country, every educated person must visit a museum. Visiting museums is very useful and fascinating. A love for the "eternal" and "beautiful" is awakened in a person, the beginnings of greatness and respect for history are inculcated. It is impossible to turn the excursion into something banal, ordinary and boring. The person should be a comprehensively developed person, cultured, educated, critically and analytically thinking, with knowledge of foreign languages. It is the knowledge of a foreign language that opens wide prospects for a person to realize his/her creative potential, career and financial growth. I would like to recommend the practical training course by Yuriy Ivantsiv "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign language", where you can find lots of useful information how to learn a foreign language quickly. Learn a foreign language and realize your creative potential on an international scale! The international community needs creative ideas! Thanks to the author of the channel for a very fascinating tour!
