THIS Vietnamese Fusion Restaurant Hits Different!! (Phoenix AZ Eats)

We are here in Phoenix, Arizona wrapping up our Arizona food tour at a restaurant called “Belly Kitchen and Bar.” This place serves a unique fusion of Vietnamese, Thai, and Japanese dishes that is sure to blow your taste buds to Southeast Asia. For our visit today I was geared up to try the Crab Banh Xeo. Bánh Xèo is basically a crêpe or pancake made from a basic blend of rice flour, turmeric, and coconut cream, along with other ingredients. Add the crab, and you have one of my favorite dishes I’ve ever tried. We also had a Vietnamese pizza, and Jackfruit fried rice. Genius plate ideas and very delicious.
