  1. I'm always so fascinated by this parade, this is my second favorite nighttime spectacular, I've always wondered how long it takes to set up the lights on the floats and switch the screen to "Walt Disney World Presents." The last time I saw this parade was back in 2014. Hope it does come back to Disney World.

  2. They really should've had it stick around another week for those coming in for the Expo next week!

  3. I hope this parade shows back up at the Magic Kingdom. We haven't had a night time parade in years.

  4. Wow I literally go in a couple of days and I was so looking forward to seeing this again😭

  5. Curious where it will go next. You cant tell me Disney paid all this money to re-imagine the last float from the America float to the Small World theme to only run it for a short time in Disneyland. Its either going to be seasonal at Disneyland, or its going to MK.

  6. September 1, 2022, after 50 years of entertaining guests, the Main Street Electrical Parade ended permanently at Disneyland. Thanks for the memories (1972-2022).

  7. Tokyo keeps updating its version of the parade. It's still popular after so many years. Even the Dreamlights version is over 20 years old.

  8. Goodness the crowd was so rowdy! Kinda conflicts with the music but I guess they felt it added to their experience.

  9. I can’t believe they didn’t bring this to WDW for the 50th. I love it, but if you see it during the day out back it looks awful. I still love it and if a bean counter wasn’t in charge they’d have a nighttime parade. 3 years yo wait!

  10. Thank you for sharing. I also saw the castmember preview when Disney Parks Live invited us to the party. I was glad to be able to have it where my 92 year old Mom was able to watch it on her TV. We first saw the parade 50 years ago when the only way they could keep the castmember costumes lit up was to have them plugged into the power source on the floats. It gradually became more animated over the years when they no longer had to be plugged in and could move more freely. Hopefully the parade will not stay away too long.
