We travelled to Fukuoka in the island of Kyushu, the birthplace of Tonkotsu Ramen. We visited two underrated Ramen shops that the locals recommend and our expectations were exceeded above and beyond.
In my opinion, Hakata Issou and Genki Ippai can easily beat those popular Ramen franchises in Japan.
