The next section of the Moray Coast Trail from Lossiemouth to Hopeman is probably my favorite of all. It’s got everything – beaches, dunes, cliffs, sea stacks, caves, lighthouses, rock pools, and more. I’m so excited to share it with you!

  1. Another beautiful day hiking with Sarah. Ever fearful of heights, some of those cliff shots made my knees weak and I was sitting down! Looking forward to the next hike.

  2. This is beautiful, shots are truly spectacular as well as narration. Scotland is simply breathtaking! 🔥🔥

  3. Thank you for these hikes, Sarah! It's like visiting Scotland without having to pay for airfare. My husband also likes watching these, which surprised me. Love your stuff.

  4. Inspirational hiking adventure! I really love this section of your hiking around Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Adventure the best so far. Yes definitely not worth you getting injured to hike parts of this section. Bring Wolfe so we can explore it in a future video adventure safely. I think that I love 💕 your new favorite spot too. So many things to paint just there. Definitely need to add this section of hiking 🥾 on my travels bucket 🪣 list. Thanks for sharing this wonderful fun video. Have a restful weekend and enjoy some downtime to relax!

  5. What a difference cooler weather makes to your experience when hiking! At least last time you had the amazing meal to arrive to. Imagine if the beach shack cafe was all that was awaiting you at the end of Ep 3! Still, a cheese roll, solid nourishment.

  6. It would have been to add the longitude and latitude to each of your paintings for fun. This has been very enjoyable, thank you for letting see your videos.👀

  7. What a much needed change of scenery from the previous stretch! Lots of beautiful rock formations and delighful overlooks! 😀

  8. I feel like a hobbit on a journey with you! I'm so glad you're doing such a fantastic thing! So many memories you're creating and sharing with us 🥰🥰

  9. I have been enjoying your vlogs of Scotland. I was just there in May 2022 but long to go back. I’ve even been looking for property there but that is just an older Mississippi gal doing some big dreaming I guess.
I would love to stay a month sometime in the future at least! We fell in love with Edinburgh because that is where we stayed while in Scotland, but I’d love to check out other towns as well. Keep the vlogs coming because I’m living off of them until I can get back across the pond! ❤️

  10. I am loving this series so much. It is inspiring me to want to buy one of your coastal paintings. How do I do that from the states? Love you Sarah. Keep up the hard work of all you do

  11. So enjoying these journeys with you Sarah! I really loved this one as the sea has my heart. I live in Colorado so I know you understand my melancholy!😜 Also, your lunch of cheese on buttered bread brought me back in time to when I lived in England for a bit. 😄. You’re quite a trooper! Carry on❣️

  12. So, so beautiful, Sarah!!! I loved Covesea and then Cove Bay so much!!! Ohhh the shades of ocher in all that amazing rock – especially at around 13.37!!! Mmmmm, so, rich!!! Always glad when you say Wolfie is picking you up at the end of the day ❤❤❤ I hope your hip discomfort goes away 🙏. Thank you for bringing us along with you!!! Love and hugs to you two and the kitties!!! 💙💙💙

  13. Beautiful hike and scenery. I can understand your hesitation with regards to caves, I feel much the same about heights. You were making me nervous for a moment or two. You keep up with the hikes and your endurance will build and they will feel easier .

  14. Loving seeing your journey, keep them coming, 😃🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👍

  15. Your channel is new to me, love watching it. I know my new future place to go now! I did not realise how stunning Scotland is. Thank you for sharing and showing it to us all. Greatings from the Netherlands.

  16. Hi Sarah 🙂 ! I am so grateful to you for this generous walk with you along the seaside, in such a great environment. It was a a real moment of mental escape, so soothing. And I followed your steps there only missing how is resourcing to breath at seaside with the songs of seagulls and cormorans and the waves pushed by the wind. I can't travel and for long I am fascinated by Scotland. You are one of those YouTubers to bring Scotland to me. And you make that main difference… You are the only one with many common points, painting, most often with gouache, loving rocks, trees… Your videos became a must have in my life against his routine 🙂 💖. I wish you all the best ✨🙏✨. And thanks again and again.

  17. I've found screen protectors can earn their cost back in just one clumsy moment. Good to see the coast there.

  18. Stunning Sarah! I was in Southampton on the south coast of England the other week and was reminded of my childhood trips to The Isle of Skye- not because of the scenery because it’s quite different but because of the smell of the sea, the seaweed and the salty sea air! It was wonderful. I’d love to go back someday but in the meantime, I’m really enjoying watching your travels and the scenery you so generously share with us! 😊

  19. I'm really enjoying coming along on your adventures – the coast is sooo beautiful! Hope to hike there one day – and paint / draw some of the amazing scenery. Thank you for taking us with you and carrying all the extra gear and making a lot of back and forth trips to set up and retrieve the camera!

  20. Wow, I'm loving this series, just caught up! Fantastic job with editing, storytelling and beautiful scenery and paintings of course! Ooh I just remembered you have art catch up videos too I need to watch.
I hope you're feeling better now you've done a few parts and look forward to seeing the rest. Very inspirational, unfortunately the weather here is not so much! 😆

  21. Oh Sarah, this is delightful. Some of these remind me of the Oregon coast we visit frequently and I always bring my paints too. My favorites are rocks with eroded passageways or tunnels, and painting the west coast lighthouses. Before I retired, I had days off during the week and would hike weekly in the Sierras, swim in the lakes, paint. So I understand how nice it is to hike in solitude sometimes. Very meditative and close to nature. Hope you have a tide table app on that phone…..

  22. My family and I are planning a trip to Scotland in 2 years. I can't wait ☺️ do any of you know a popular site where I can meet Scottish people online before heading there friends/not dating? It would be real nice to get to know people and get tips on what to do and not to do
