One of the things I love so much about Bangkok is the diversity.

Similar to NYC and London, you can get anything you want here at any time of the day. Especially in regards to food – name a country’s cuisine and you can find multiple places to get it in this sprawling metropolis.

Many of you may already know my love and desire for Japan, as I’ve been 7 times and itching to go back again. I am addicted to their futuristic, tech savvy and innovate way of life — and of course, their food is amongst the world’s best.

Today, I met up with my Japanese friend Yusuke, who is a resident of Bangkok, and he took me to some of his favorite Japanese spots in town. Join us to see how Japanese we can live for a day in Bangkok!

  1. Bangkok also has a big Chinese community, of course, though most of them only speak Thai now. (Chang and Eng Bunker, the original "Siamese twins" were Chinese-Thai!)

  2. AWESOME video. Can you share the name of that last place you went…the sake bar?? Going to Thailand and would love to try it out.

  3. Oh my god! I used to live in Phrom Phong! I can confirm there’s a lot of Japanese who live in that area.

  4. Japanese: So Itana, you don't have a problem with Nogizaka46 right
    Itana: Yes
Japanese: Switch to AK….. and BN…

  5. it is great but this is such a small part of Japan. There are a lot more reasons to spend the money to fly to Japan and i advise people to visit Japan after we transition from COVID-19

  6. That's why Japanese in Thailand called this city "Bangkok ward, Tokyo" (東京都バンコク区) 😂
